ABOUT US

Meet Neekee Virani, RCIC-IRB

Hi, I’m Neekee Virani, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB, R1031440) — but more importantly, someone who genuinely loves helping people make Canada their home.

❝ Immigration isn’t just paperwork — it’s people, dreams, and new beginnings ❞

Before becoming an immigration consultant, I worked as a social worker, supporting newcomers and families as they settled into their new lives. I’ve been working with newcomers for over ten years, and that experience taught me that immigration is never just about forms and rules — it’s about people, their goals, and their stories.

I also bring firsthand government insight from my time working at IRCC, where I reviewed both permanent and temporary resident applications. This experience helped me understand the processes from the inside out — knowledge I now use to better support my clients.

I completed the Citizenship and Immigration Law program at Queen’s University, and today I guide individuals and families through their Canadian immigration journey with a holistic, personalized approach. I take the time to understand your goals and your unique situation before exploring the options that fit you best.

I work remotely with clients worldwide, so we can connect no matter where you’re located. I’m also based in Hamilton, Ontario, and always happy to meet in person if you’re nearby.

I’m proficient in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, which helps me support clients in the languages they’re most comfortable with.

If you’re unsure where to start or which pathway is right for you — don’t worry. That’s exactly what I’m here for.

Always make sure your immigration consultant or lawyer is licensed!
